How did you get into archery?
I’ve always been interested in compound archery since I watched Rambo two. I never thought I’d get a chance to try something like that as I always thought it was an American thing, until someone mentioned you could do it here and there is an archery club in the area. So, I did my beginners course, went down to QUICKS to get my first compound bow and never looked back.
What are your archery performance highlights?
Being part of the winning Compound team that represented Hampshire at the NCTT in 2022, 2023 and 2024.
2023 NCTT where I was teamed up with Luke Davis and Francis Rocha. In one of our matches we got 6 x’s one after the other. That was special.
Getting my Grand Master Bowmen in 2024.
Getting ranked 21 in the country in 2024.
What are your goals for 2025 and beyond?
To continue to improve, there is always more to learn and I’m keen to know how far I can go with archery.

Ramrods
Who has been most influential in helping you get to your current level?
From the beginning it has to be John Dudley from Nockon Archery. His YouTube lessons in compound archery, school of nock, is what got me to my Master Bowmen level. After that there has been George Ryals thing a week, Levi Morgan archery fit and MFJJ of podium archery.
There’s also been a lot of people in the archery community that have helped me along the way, too many to name here but I will say if you need help don’t be afraid to ask those around you. Specially people on the QUICKS Pro Team.
Who is your most admired archer?
That’s really hard, top two would be John Dudley and Levi Morgan
What advice can you give to up and coming new archers?
Watch school of nock, I can’t rate this highly enough. For any other bow style speak to someone at QUICKS and they will recommend some for you to talk to.
