How did you get involved with Archery?
I joined Exmouth Archers after deciding before covid that I wanted to shoot after watching some videos online of the olympics.
What are your archery performance highlights?
Youth Festival 2023 where I won Gold in the team event and met people in my team that I still talk to today, and when I shot barebow at Junior Masters 2023 and came second.
What are your goals for 2024 and beyond?
My main goal is to improve my technique with my coach and to try and reach Junior Grandmaster Bowman.
Manufacturer sponsors
Podium Bowstrings
Who has been most influential in helping you get to your current level?
Rob Twigg an archer from my club who has been a very supportive and fun person to have around, especially when I'm starting to stress about a competition.
Who is your most admired archer?
Brady Ellison, simply because he was the first olympic style recurve I saw shooting and thought he seemed very dedicated to the sport. However I admire all archers with that level of drive for the sport.
What advice can you give to up and coming new archers?
The most important thing is enjoyment, you can practice as much as you want but if you dont enjoy it then whats the point. Enjoy it and the performance will also follow.
