How did you get into archery?
My dad started the sport before me, and he bought me a Beginners Course for my birthday back in 2015, and the rest is history!

What are your archery performance highlights?
My performance highlights to date are participating in and placing top 10 in the Junior Indoor and Outdoor Nationals, as well as participating in the JAS series and placing 2nd in 2023. Competing in BUCS Outdoor Finals in 2024, was also a highlight for me!

What are your goals for 2024 and beyond?
My goals are to continue to develop my technique and performance with the support from my coach and others. I want to continue to perform well, but most of all I want to continue to have fun and enjoy participating in the sport both in practice, and competitions!

Who has been most influential in helping you get to your current level?
The support from my dad (Russell Bower), Alan Hoddinott, Philip Taylor and Danny Cameron have really supported me to get to where I am today. I couldn't have done it without the support of all of them in different aspects - from performance to on a personal level.

Who is your most admired archer?

Penny Healey

What advice can you give to up and coming new archers?

My main piece of advice for up and coming new archers is to have fun! If you have fun and practice regularly, the performance will follow! ????
