How did you get into archery?
Saw a friend win a medal and within a few weeks I had a 2 hour intro with a coach and was Hooked.
What are your archery performance highlights?
Getting 1st/Gold in my first ever tournament on compound, the FoBB Western in 2024 after not registering on time and turning up anyway in hope of and getting a place from a no show.
What are your goals for 2025 and beyond?
GMB and EMB are my personal goals for 2025 and 2026, I would love to be able to shoot for my country, albeit im probably on the older side for that!

Who has been most influential in helping you get to your current level?
Don Rifflart and John Fullick for their initial and continued support, and Les for making me improve myself enough to become a Quicks Team Shooter.
Who is your most admired archer?
Ella Gibson - After hearing her on ’The Way Of The Bow’ podcast, we have a VERY similar mindset, learn as much as you can yourself.
What advice can you give to up and coming new archers?
Listen to everybody, ask for, and take as much advice as you can, but try everything… what works for me, might not work for you, visa versa, try and test everything, find your own comfort in this sport and remember, practice makes permanent.
