Returns

UK Customers:

Royal Mail LogoThank You for shopping with Quicks Archery, we want you to be happy with your purchase and your shopping experience with us. We understand and appreciate that sometimes there may be a reason that you need to return a product, we wish to make this as easy as possible for you, and for you to have confidence that there is an easy Returns system.

If you are not happy with your purchase, you have the right to return it to us unused and undamaged within 14 days of receipt of purchase.

Parcel Force LogoPlease follow the steps below if you need to return a product to us, from within the UK.

  1. Please contact us by phone on 02392 254114 or by email: quicks@quicksarchery.co.uk advising the problem that you have, what product you wish to return, together with your purchase invoice number.
  2. Our staff will then advise you of the best way to return the items.
  3. We do have a couple of options to arrange the return of products to us, without costing you for return postage, if it is our fault.
  4. Small packages can be returned by Royal Mail Tracked Returns.
  5. Larger cartons we can arrange collection by Parcelforce.
  6. After discussing with you the reason for return our staff will give you guidance and authorisation on the best way to return your product.
  7. Upon receipt of the returned product we will check it and contact you accordingly with further information.
  8. All refunds and exchanges are processed within a few days of receiving the returned items back.

Important Information:

Please note that for Customised Products it may not always be possible to process refunds or exchanges, examples of Customised Products are Bowstrings made to order, Arrows cut and made to your request, Specially ordered products, etc, etc.

International Customers:

Please note that it will be your responsibility to cover postage costs both ways for any returned product from outside the UK, if we are at fault we will make every effort to assist with compensation of the return postage cost.
