Arm Guards come in a selection of designs. They strap to your arm and protect your arm from the recoil of the string
Mostly used with Recurve and Traditional Bows, but also worth having with a Compound Bow
When learning or when shooting in bulky clothing, the larger and longer armguards work well as they protect more of the arm and stop the string getting caught up in your clothing
