Widely used on high end high performance arrows in Aluminium and Carbon for both Target and Field archery. Spin vanes are extra lightweight and give good stability as well as making the arrow balance more forward heavy than the heavier plastic vanes.  They do need a little maintenance as they are more delicate than plastic vanes. However they are more easily replaced than feathers or plastics when they get damaged ….either by tight groups or by accident. Good for down range speed and tune of the spin stability as the name suggests.
